Ingredients

cooking oil

eggs

baking soda

teaspoon
salt

drained crushed pineapple (pack it in the cup)

cups
sugar

teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
Mix flour, soda, salt sugar and cinnamon. Add oil, and eggs one at a time beating after each. Bake in a greased and floured pan at 350 degrees.
Ice with the following:
1 stick softened margarine, 1 pound box of powdered sugar,
1 cup nuts (optional) and 1/2 cup coconut(optional)
