Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup drained crushed pineapple (pack it in the cup)
  • 1 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, soda, salt sugar and cinnamon. Add oil, and eggs one at a time beating after each. Bake in a greased and floured pan at 350 degrees.
  • Ice with the following:
  • 1 stick softened margarine, 1 pound box of powdered sugar,
  • 1 cup nuts (optional) and 1/2 cup coconut(optional)
