Carrot Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup drained crushed pineapple (pack it in the cup)
- 1 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix flour, soda, salt sugar and cinnamon. Add oil, and eggs one at a time beating after each. Bake in a greased and floured pan at 350 degrees.
- Ice with the following:
- 1 stick softened margarine, 1 pound box of powdered sugar,
- 1 cup nuts (optional) and 1/2 cup coconut(optional)
