Ingredients
  

  • 1 envelope Knorr’s Swiss Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 1-2 T. minced onion
  • 1 cup water chestnuts chopped
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach thawed, drained and squeezed dry (not cooked!!)
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Let stand several hours.
  • Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
