- 1 envelope Knorr’s Swiss Vegetable Soup Mix
- 1-2 T. minced onion
- 1 cup water chestnuts chopped
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach thawed, drained and squeezed dry (not cooked!!)
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Let stand several hours.
- Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
