Mexican Cheese Sandwiches
Ingredients
- Orowheat bread cocktail size or larger
- 1 lb. grated cheddar
- small can chopped green chilies Ortega brand, if you can find it
- l/2 cup salad oil
- 3 Tablespoons vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- few dashes of tobasco sauce
- medium chopped onion
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon garlic
- 8 ounce can tomato sauce
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and spread on bread slices.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
