
Puchas (Pecan ) Cookies
Ingredients
- 4 1/3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Crisco
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- Cream the sugar, Crisco, eggs and vanilla together.
- Sift the dry ingredients together and add them a little at a time. Add chopped pecans.
- Bake at 350 degrees 10 to 12 minutes.
Notes
This recipe makes a lot of cookies! They remind me of the Pecan Sandies you buy at the store, only better.
