- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp
- 1 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Combine the above ingredients and pour into a 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees 50 to 60 minutes.
- Evaporated milk can be used instead of whole milk.
- Serve topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
