Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Combine the above ingredients and pour into a 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees 50 to 60 minutes.
  • Evaporated milk can be used instead of whole milk.
  • Serve topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
