Mothers Day Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries hulled and quartered
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • 1 pint fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 1 tablespoon Bee Harmony Lavender Infused Honey
  • 1/4 whole cantaloupe get a ripe one!
  • Juice of 1 fresh lime

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon Bee Harmony Lavender Infused Honey and Juice of 1 lime (freshly squeezed)
  • Mix glaze with a salad fork until smooth and fully combined.
  • Wash and prepare all fruit as listed.
  • Combine strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cantaloupe and grapes in a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the lavender-lime glaze over the fruit.
  • Gently toss to coat all fruit evenly with the glaze.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld (optional but recommended).
  • Serve in a clear glass bowl or trifle dish for a beautiful presentation.
  • You can substitute or add in other seasonal fruits like kiwi, mango, or cantaloupe.
  • For extra flair, garnish with fresh mint leaves right before serving.

Notes

Definitely use the Bee Harmony Lavender Infused Honey if you can find it! Purchase the highest quality fruit you can find, and be sure everything is ripe (especially the cantaloupe) without being TOO ripe.
