I’m getting closer to perfecting delicious “oven stone cooked cauliflower pizza crust pizza” 🍕 on our pellet smoker!
I found these “Caulipower cauliflower crusts” at Walmart, just $6.50 for two. We’ve tried three or four different kinds of cauliflower pizza dough and crust so far, and this is absolutely our favorite! (See my post from November 21, 2021, about earlier pizza iterations.)
Tonight I cooked two of them with a red Classico traditional pizza sauce base, pepperonis, cooked Italian sausage, and chopped sweet peppers. We tried turkey pepperoni at one point on pizzas, but found the flavor is just not as good.
This pizza was super crispy and perfect. Really yummy, I probably ate one or two more pieces than I needed to!
There are several important cooking ingredients here in addition to the pizza crust and toppings. These include:

- RecTeq RT-700 Bull Pellet Smoker
- Red Mill Semolina Flour (to flour the peel for easily sliding the pizzas into and out of the oven!)
