At last: A video of our favorite way to cook homemade cauliflower pizza on our RecTeq RT-700 Bull smoker (now the RT-1250) using the GMG Pizza Attachment. Previously I posted some “logs” of past pizza cooks:

We love to eat homemade pizza, and it tastes best cooked on a VERY hot pizza stone on our wood pellet smoker! Because we prefer lower carbohydrate meals, we favor cauliflower pizza crust, and have found that “Caulipower” crusts are the best. We can get those at Walmart for about $8 for two. Rao’s Pizza Sauce costs more that many alternatives, but is absolutely amazing. In the attached video, I just use red sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperonis, but I also like to make homemade pizzas with cooked Italian sausage and chopped sweet peppers.
